D.E.O. Rebellion is the third book in a series of four books about the life of Claus Kialta. But, this one starts as he is called by an old friend, Demetri Roamer. He calls to tell Clause that Kione is after him. Kione disappeared after a duel with Clause(his own brother.)
Kione hadn't been seen for nearly eighteen years. Then appears in the D.E.O. ranks again, but with new goals that are pronounced after a month after he returned. He was going to take over the goverment to insure that there is peace tranquility.
Only those who knew him in his time during D.E.O., would have second thoughts of this declaration and what he would do to obtain his goal to have peace in his land. So they organized a rebellion among them, while some remain loyal and know that certain risks need to be taken to obtain a goal.
Then Demetri asks him to come to the D.E.O. Kyoto base in Moltar. He unwillingly agrees, knowing who Kione would come for in the end of all of the chaos. Claus can hardly imagine what awaits him. He reschedules for a week later at the D.E.O. Rakueje base.
At the base Claus finds many of his old friends. Among them were: Ryan Chikon, Raleigh Corrando, Angelo Carter, Corran "Snow" Deco, Demetri Roamer, Gilan Celsia, Rioke Hendrix and Safauno Mitibishi. Some of his friends were even dead from either a mission or Kione.
They set up headquaters in Rakueje and set on tracking down Kione's exact location.
